Aviation Partner John Pritchard will speak at the Advanced Participatory Regional Seminar on Cape Town Convention & Aircraft Protocol on "Implementation in Practice and Related Legal Developments."

The seminar will address ratification and implementation issues, review legal developments, registration and new issues that have arisen in actual transaction practice over the past five years. Questions to be answered include: How have things worked in practice? What has experience shown? What should practitioners know? What should the International Registry Advisory Board (IRAB) take into account in advising the Registrar? What is prudent transactional and professional adviser practice? How should clients be advised?
