Government Contracts Partner Terry Elling will speak at the Board of Contract Appeals Judges Association Annual Seminar titled "Government Contract Litigation & Practice: 2011 Update" on "Government Contracting: What's New and Where Are We Going."
Nicholas "Chip" Retson, general counsel for the Defense Contract Management Agency, will moderate the panel, which will include Mr. Elling, Douglas P. Larsen, general counsel for the Fluor Government Services and Thomas L. Frankfurt, assistant general counsel of Research, Development & Acquisition for the Office of the General Counsel of the Navy.
