NYU Summer Institute in Taxation

Bill Sherman, chair of the Tax Team, and Associate Summer Ayers LePree will speak at the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies Summer Institute in Taxation.

Eight individual conferences make up the NYU Summer Institute in Taxation, consisting of in-depth sessions on state and local taxation, partnerships, consolidated returns, trusts and estates, federal wealth tax and international taxation.

Mr. Sherman will chair the Introduction to International Taxation conference and speak on panels titled "Subpart F" and "Case Studies for Outbound and Inbound Investment." Ms. LePree will speak on a panel titled "Planning For and Ethical Issues in Representing the Foreign Individual Investing in or Moving to the U.S."

Mr. Sherman will also chair the Advanced International Taxation conference and speak on a panel titled "International Mergers and Acquisitions: U.S. Tax Considerations and Planning Techniques."
