NYU Summer Institute in Taxation

Tax Team Chair Bill Sherman and Attorney Summer LePree will speak at the NYU Summer Institute Conference. The event is made up of eight individual conferences that consist of in depth sessions on a variety of taxation topics.

Mr. Sherman will chair the Introduction to International Taxation and speak on panels titled "Subpart F" and "Case Studies for Outbound and Inbound Investment." Ms. LePree will speak on a panel titled "Planning For and Ethical Issues in Representing the Foreign Individual Investing in or Moving to the U.S."

Mr. Sherman will also chair the Advanced International Taxation conference and speak on a panel titled "International Mergers and Acquisitions: U.S. Tax Considerations and Planning Techniques."
