NYU Summer Institute in Taxation

Holland & Knight attorneys William Sherman and Kevin Packman will speak at the NYU Summer Institute in Taxation that will examine new developments in legislation and regulations. The event is made up of eight individual conferences that consist of in depth sessions on a variety of taxation topics.

Mr. Sherman will chair the Introduction to International Taxation conference and speak on panels titled "Subpart F" and "Case Studies for Outbound and Inbound Investment." Mr. Packman will speak on a panel titled "Basics of International Tax Compliance."

Mr. Sherman will also chair the Advanced International Taxation conference and speak on a panel titled "International Mergers and Acquisitions: U.S. Tax Considerations and Planning Techniques."
