An In-House Counsel Panel – Discussion on Their Approach to an International Arbitration

Litigation attorney Brian Briz will speak at the iLaw2018 The ILS Global Forum on International Law. Mr. Briz will moderate a panel that will provide their perspectives regarding their approach to the various components of an international arbitration, including clause drafting considerations, mediation, selecting and coordinating with outside counsel, key milestones to participate in during the arbitration, arbitrator selection, document production, coordinating with the administering institution and other related issues.
