Anatomy of Trust and Estate Administrations

Partner Stacie Nelson will speak at the Planning in Practice (PIP) & Luncheon hosted by the Northern California Planned Giving Council. Ms. Nelson will present at the session titled "Anatomy of Trust and Estate Administrations," and discuss the timing and process of an administration both for a probate and a trust, including the waiver and release and what it means.
