CBA/ABA/IPEBLA Global Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Conference

Partners Victoria Zerjav and Greg Brown will participate in the Global Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Conference in Boston. This two day, joint conference—hosted by the International Pension & Employee Benefits Lawyers Association (IPEBLA), the Pension and Benefits Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Joint Committee on Employee Benefits—will deal with legal issues in the context of a changing global environment and will provide educational and networking opportunities for attending legal professionals.

Ms. Zerjav is the program coordinator for the "Global Equity Grants for Employees in Multiple Jurisdictions" workshop, which will highlight common terms and design features of employee equity plans. Mr. Brown will speak about "Supplementary Pension Plans" with other panelists, exploring current trends and practices, consideration of key terms, and enforceability of agreements.
