Partner Warren Gluck will be a speaker at the 4th edition of the Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery: Asia conference, hosted by C5 in Hong Kong.
Joining the panel, "Cooperation between Lawyers, Liquidators and Receivers from Different Jurisdictions on Cross Border Cases arising out of Asian Jurisdictions or involving an Asian Party," Mr. Gluck will participate in discussion of: the interaction between lawyers, liquidators and receivers; cross-border issues and insolvency; jurisdictional arbitrage; and model law.
He will also present "Advanced Techniques in Asset Recovery: Your Step-by-Step Asset Recovery Toolkit" to help conclude the conference. This session will help answer: how to best identify defendants, witnesses and accomplices; what to do when assets have been dissipated and how to secure them pre- and post-judgement; how to have court orders and proceedings recognized; how to build and fund a recovery team; and how to navigate the global financial system.
