Real Estate Finance Partner Alan Cohen will be a panelist on the "Multifamily Finance Forum" at the 2019 HFA Institute. Mr. Cohen will be discussing financial structuring and underwriting strategies for Housing Credit developments with multiple subsidies. The panel will focus on tax-exempt bonds, HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), the Housing Trust Fund, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), the Federal Financing Bank Risk-Sharing program, and the USDA assistance.
