Environment Attorney Amy Edwards will be participating in a webinar on "The ABCs of Corporate Due Diligence Regarding Environmental Conditions" for the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy & Resources Law (SEER) Essentials series. The panel will discuss what attorneys need to know about environmental due diligence beyond the Phase I environmental site assessment and provide insights into the basics of conducting environmental due diligence during corporate transactions.

Ms. Edwards will discuss the type of investigation activities performed as well as the attorney's role as part of the environmental due diligence process in corporate transactions.
