NJSBA 2019 Annual Meeting and Convention

In response to a post-Weinstein environment, attorneys Travis Nelson and Dana Feinstein will be speaking in a session titled "Tips and Strategies for Responding to Allegations of Ethical, Criminal or Sexual Misconduct in the Workplace and Off-Site." Mr. Nelson and Ms. Feinstein will discuss legal response strategies, workplace consequences for off-site offenses and how regulated institutions, public or privately held companies and government entities can all be affected.

Mr. Nelson and Ms. Feinstein's session will be occurring on Thursday, May 16 from 1:00 - 2:15 p.m.

Mr. Nelson will also be featured on a panel of speakers discussing "Cannabis Law in New Jersey and the Intersection Between State and Federal Law." This panel will speak to the criminal, ethical, employment, banking and real estate implications of the cannabis industry as well as the possibility of decriminalization of recreational marijuana use in New Jersey.

Mr. Nelson's second session of the day will be occurring on Thursday, May 16 from 3:00 - 4:45 p.m.
