Attorneys Louis Conti and Stephen Sandiford will speak at The Florida Bar Business Law Section's program in Tampa titled "The Inc. is Finally Dry – The Update and Modernization of the Florida Business Corporation Act 2019." The program will address the recently adopted, modernized version of Chapter 607, the Florida Business Corporation Act that will become effective on Jan. 1, 2020.
