Attorneys Kevin Packman and Seth Entin will speak at the University of Florida Levin College of Law's 2020 Florida Tax Institute.

Mr. Packman will speak on "The Exciting World of Informational Tax Returns." The speakers will review filing obligations required when a U.S. taxpayer has a connection to foreign assets, address the unique impact that international tax accounting principles and foreign entity classifications have on filing obligations and touch on key ethical considerations for this practice area.

Mr. Entin will participate in a panel titled, "The Evolving Landscape of Financing U.S. Investment and Business Operations from Abroad: TCJA, BEPS & Beyond." Panelists will discuss  the financing of investments into the U.S. by multinationals and other foreign investors, the implications to the uncertain tax environment caused by tax reforms in the U.S. and elsewhere resulting from O.E.C.D. initiatives and much more.
