CARES Act Business Tax Changes

Business Aviation Partner John Hoover will offer a presentation on CARES Act business tax changes in the third segment of a three-part virtual program offered by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). In his presentation, Mr. Hoover will discuss the changes made to tax policies by the CARES Act and how these changes may affect common aircraft ownership and operating structures. He will also cover how to implement the suspension of certain federal excise taxes on commercial air transportation.
