Compliance in Charitable Planning: The View from the Attorney General's Office

Private Wealth attorney Jason Havens will join part three of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section's audio webcast series focused on charitable planning. His session titled, "Compliance in Charitable Planning: The View from the Attorney General's Office," will discuss the role of the State Attorney General in charitable planning issues and tax-exempt organizations. This presentation will give critical insight on the regulator's perspective on utilizing recommended practices and policies, improving compliance and dealing with ethical issues and oversight.
