Creditors’ Claims

Private Wealth Services attorney Stacie Polashuk Nelson will be presenting the training "Creditors' Claims" for California judges wanting to learn more about probate assignments. The Probate and Mental Health Institute invites judges, commissioners, probate attorneys and probate examiners and serves as the primary venue for judicial education on probate matters, including decedents’ estates, probate conservatorships and guardianships, trusts and LPS proceedings.
