Ethical Traps for the Investment Practitioner

Legal Ethics attorney Trisha Rich will join the Virtual Fall Annual Meeting and Education Conference hosted by the American College of Investment Counsel. Her session, titled "Ethical Traps for the Investment Practitioner," will discuss scenarios of actual cases that address various attorney ethics rules, provide methods on how to avoid ethical pitfalls and discuss the "do's and don'ts" while working remotely.
