CC&Rs and Housing Policy: What Has Changed?

New state legislation aimed at removing local impediments to housing production have taken aim at private contractual development controls as well as single-family zoning. Our attorneys will discuss covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) and housing policy, as well as what this means for property owners, developers and housing providers in an era of lot splits, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), small-lot subdivisions and by-right affordable housing.
