An Update on U.S. Transparency Initiatives

Tax attorney Alan Granwell will moderate a webinar organized by the STEP Mid-Atlantic Branch titled "An Update on U.S. Transparency Initiatives."  The panel will discuss the final beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting regulations under the Corporate Transparency Act, provide an update as to the progress of the Enabler's Act and address U.S. sanction developments in the private client space.
