Environmental attorney Dianne Phillips will present at the Dewatering and Remediation General Permit (DRGP) Technical Meeting, hosted by the New England Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP). Ms. Phillips will present an overview of the new DRGP that applies generally in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She will go over how the DRGP provides coverage for discharges that are a result of four types of wastewaters and four types of dewatering and remediation activities.
