Bridge-the-Gap II: Ethics and Skills for Newly Admitted New York Attorneys 2023

Cybersecurity attorney Mark Francis will be speaking at Practising Law Institute's annual webinar on legal and cybersecurity ethics. This event will expand on topics such as ethical rules in social media use for lawyers, cybersecurity ethics for new lawyers and interpersonal communication skills as a new attorney.

Mr. Francis will speak in the "Ethical Implications of Social Media Use for Lawyers" panel about ways to avoid the risks of social media with respect to lawyers' professional obligations to clients. He will also present ways for attorneys in their first years of practice to comply with cybersecurity ethics disciplinary requirements in the "Cybersecurity Ethics for New Lawyers" panel.
