Cross Border Insolvencies and Chapter 15

Bankruptcy attorney Barbra Parlin will be a panelist at the Practising Law Institute's Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2023 Conference discussing "Cross Border Insolvencies and Chapter 15." This program will cover current issues relating to bankruptcy and restructurings.
