The Changing Landscape Around Appraisals

Financial Services attorney Bob Jaworski will participate in the 2023 Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference in Austin, Texas. His session will take on the third day of the event and will focus on bias in residential appraisals. Speakers will discuss the appropriate role for lenders to play in the effort to address bias in appraisals as well as lenders' obligation to detect and report bias, given the constraints of appraiser independence.
