Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) attorney Chelsea McCarthy will participate in The ESOP Association's Employee Owned 2023 hybrid event in Las Vegas. Ms. McCarthy will join a panel titled “Managing Conflicts of Interest on an ESOP Board,” discussing the importance of avoiding conflicts of interest. More specifically, the panel will identify different types of conflicts of interest within the board and how to minimize board conflicts.
