New World Tax Transparency

Tax attorney Joshua Odintz will speak at the 13th Annual London Finance and Capital Markets Conference hosted by the International Bar Association (IBA) Taxation Section in London. This conference will address international tax regimes, current and developing issues in cross-border finance, and mergers and acquisitions transactions, among other tpoics. Mr. Odintz will speak on a panel that will cover new world tax transparency initiatives, including the Organization for Cooperation and Economic Development's (OECD) two-pillar solution and developments in the European Union. The presentation will also cover conflicting objectives that taxpayer, tax authority and tax agent have in a transparency context, and debate whether the general public can truly understand multinational tax issues.
