Holland & Knight is proud to sponsor the 2024 Real Estate Law and Business Forum hosted by the USC Gould School of Law. Real Estate attorneys Susan Booth, Ariel Robinson and Andrew Starrels will speak at the conference focused on Southern California’s evolving real estate landscape.
Ms. Booth will deliver opening remarks in her role as Forum Co-Chair. Ms. Robinson will moderate a panel on "Office: Where It Is and Where It's Headed," analyzing shifts in office demand and the future of hybrid work. Mr. Starrels will moderate a discussion on the JJJ ballot initiative and ULA initiative ordinance, among other policies, evaluating their goals versus unintended consequences.
