Suspension, Collection of Taxes and Domestic Appeals

Tax attorney Alan Granwell will participate in The MAP Day, a day-long seminar organized by the Tax Policy Center of the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. The event will feature senior representatives of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), tax authorities from multiple jurisdictions and other business and tax professionals, who will share perspectives on developments and challenges concerning mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) around the globe. Mr. Granwell will offer short remarks on tax collections and appeals during a session focus on scope and access to MAP.
