You are invited to join Holland & Knight and The Atlanta Women in Cybersecurity (ATLWIC) Roundtable for an in-person luncheon where we will discuss the regulation of consumer health-related information and how new, far-reaching state privacy laws could impact your business.

Our informative discussion will cover these new legal requirements, including aggressive timelines for implementation, first-of-a-kind data minimization requirements and distinct impacts to standard business practices. We will also discuss how the broad definition of "consumer health data" applies to a wide range of industries, including hotels, retailers, fitness studios and technology companies, among others.

The roundtable, hosted by Partner Bess Hinson-Greenspan of Holland & Knight's Data Strategy, Security & Privacy Team, will provide community and resources to help women move ahead in their cybersecurity careers.

ATLWIC is composed of Atlanta-based women chief information security officers, information security executives and chief privacy officers who value networking, mentorship and advancing women in the cybersecurity field. ATLWIC members bring diversity and innovative ideas from corporations, entrepreneurial enterprises and nonprofit organizations to elevate leadership acumen and to address current cybersecurity issues in a supportive and encouraging environment.
