Understanding DOJ's Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs

Healthcare and litigation attorney Henry Leventis will speak during the Health Care Compliance Association's (HCCA) 29th Annual Compliance Institute. Mr. Leventis will participate in a session on the second day of the conference focused on the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs (ECCP). The presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of the current healthcare regulatory landscape and track recent enforcement activity before zooming in on ECCP revisions that are relevant for the healthcare industry.
