Current Trends in Year 15 Disputes

Litigation attorney Jessica Early and tax attorney Dayna Hutchins, who focus their practice in federal low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), will be speaking at a virtual event hosted by the Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC). Ms. Early and Ms. Hutchins will discuss how investors exit LIHTC projects and how to navigate new transactions. They will look at recent Year 15 litigation to advise participants on best practices as they approach the end of the initial tax credit compliance period of LIHTC partnerships.
