Tax attorneys Jennifer Karpchuk and Joshua Odintz will participate in the Philadelphia Bar Association Tax Section's 2025 Annual Meeting and CLE. Hosted at Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office, the program will feature a two-part continuing legal education (CLE) portion followed by a keynote address and reception. Virtual and in-person attendance is available.
Mr. Odintz will join the first CLE presentation, which will dive into the tax provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB). Speakers will address how the law reconfigures U.S. tax code and what it means for international, federal, and state and local tax. Ms. Karpchuk will moderate the second CLE presentation, a professional responsibility and ethics update focused on the accelerated adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). Panelists will walk through different ethical scenarios to illustrate the questions and dilemmas that arise with increased AI use as well as explain how standards from the American Bar Association (ABA), state bar associations and other organizations apply.
