2026 Admiralty & Maritime Committee Regional CLE

Litigation attorneys Christopher Nolan and Jason Baruch will speak at the 2026 Admiralty & Maritime Committee Regional CLE, hosted by the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (ABA TIPS). Taking place at Holland & Knight's Tampa office, the program will feature presentations on topics including commercial interests surrounding Tampa's port, U.S. shipbuilding initiatives and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options for maritime controversies. Mr. Nolan will moderate a panel titled, "Florida Arbitral Considerations and Implementation of ADR Clauses in Marine Contracts," and Mr. Baruch will moderate a panel titled "What's New in Marine Insurance Claims."
