AI Interrupted: A Multi-Sector Tabletop Exercise

Data Strategy, Security & Privacy attorney Matthew Welling will help lead a tabletop exercise designed to demonstrate a disruptive, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven scenario and what it means for core business workflows. Hosted by the Global Resilience Federation's Business Resilience Council, the exercise will allow participants to pressure-test plans, decisions and coordination under contemporary constraints, with the goal of identifying AI dependencies and resulting risks, gaps in governance and oversight of AI systems, and vulnerabilities in controls and processes that could be exposed by AI misuse. Mr. Welling and panelists will also share strategies to strengthen readiness for AI-related disruptions and explain how AI threats can exploit operational weaknesses.
