Team Telecom and the Legacy of Salt Typhoon

Data Strategy, Security & Privacy attorney Brad Brooker will participate in the Practising Law Institute's (PLI) Investing, Trading and Doing Business in a Disrupted World 2026 program, which will examine how geopolitical disruption is reshaping the landscape for global trade, investment, technology and information risk. Mr. Brooker will speak on the "Team Telecom and the Legacy of Salt Typhoon" panel addressing heightened expectations for telecommunications security and compliance amid growing geopolitical tension. He will discuss what the Salt Typhoon hack reveals about today's risk environment for international telecom infrastructure, as well as the shifting telecom policy and regulatory outlook.
