ET and the Chess Board: Navigating Security, Risk, Regulation & Readiness

Public Policy & Regulation attorney Brad Brooker will speak at the RSAC 2026 Conference in a session examining how the private sector can sustain leadership in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) while navigating evolving legal, policy and national security risks. Drawing on his experience as a former U.S. national security official, Mr. Brooker will explore strategies companies can use to counter adversarial threats and strengthen resilience without slowing innovation. He will additionally highlight ways to align risk management, governance and compliance initiatives for an effective response to new global threats and oncoming regulations.
