Beyond M&A: Funding the Technology and Energy Buildout

Keith Sambur, co-leader of the firm's Private Credit practice, will be speaking at The U.S. Private Credit Industry Conference on Direct Lending in Nashville, Tennessee. His panel will examine how private credit is helping fund the continued buildout of technology and energy infrastructure as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity cools off. Mr. Sambur will discuss how issues such as power availability, grid constraints and operating dependencies are shaping risk assessment and return expectations as well as sponsor models used to align developers, off-takers and lenders in long-term infrastructure investments.
