Resilience Drives Returns: Energy Efficiency & Operational

Real Estate attorney Alejandro Arias will speak at the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC) "High-Performance Returns in Florida" program in Miami. Centered on South Florida's evolving real estate landscape, the session will examine how the newest version of USGBC's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standard (LEED v5) integrates energy efficiency, climate risk mitigation and operational performance to strengthen asset value. Mr. Arias will describe how incorporating LEED v5 elements into building design can reduce energy use and operating costs, support insurance stability and enhance long-term durability.
