Join NERA and Holland & Knight for a panel discussion exploring the artificial intelligence (AI)-driven economic and legal developments reshaping competition, as well as the considerations that counsel should keep in mind when helping organizations navigate risk.

The session will cover the following topics:

• How economic forces are driving competition in AI markets and reshaping industries
• Emerging regulatory trends, the business arrangements most likely to be affected and whether existing legal frameworks can keep up with AI dynamics
• Practical considerations for in-house counsel developing AI strategies and governance programs

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with panelists during the session.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
