Join NERA and Holland & Knight for a panel discussion exploring the artificial intelligence (AI)-driven economic and legal developments reshaping competition, as well as the considerations that counsel should keep in mind when helping organizations navigate risk.
The session will cover the following topics:
- How economic forces are driving competition in AI markets and reshaping industries
- Emerging regulatory trends, the business arrangements most likely to be affected and whether existing legal frameworks can keep up with AI dynamics
- Practical considerations for in-house counsel developing AI strategies and governance programs
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with panelists during the session.
After the program, guests are invited to join a happy hour starting at 5:30 p.m. to continue the conversation and share insights over drinks and light hors d'oeuvres.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
After completion of the program, Holland & Knight (and its CLE administration partner, CEU Institute) will apply for CLE credit based on attendee requests. Some programs may not be awarded CLE credits because of content or jurisdictional restrictions. Please be aware that the CLE approval process can be lengthy in some jurisdictions.
