The Modern Family Office: Governance in an Era of Complexity

Private Wealth Services attorneys Patrick Emans and Elizabeth Garlovsky and litigation attorney Trisha Rich, president of The Chicago Bar Association, will participate in the association's program on family office governance. Elizabeth will moderate a panel featuring Patrick and Trisha and exploring governance considerations facing modern family offices. With backgrounds in family office planning, wealth transfer, trust and estate matters, litigation and professional responsibility, the panelists will bring multidisciplinary perspectives to the conversation.
