I have been blown away just by how warm and receptive all the attorneys have been. You have partners on day one saying, hey, help me with this, let's share, let's collaborate, let's figure out ways to slot you into these other deals and these other clients, institutional clients, that, to be honest, they don't have to do that.
And I think it speaks volume to the culture here. From day one, these partners say, integrate in, become part of our system, and we're going to help you get to where you want to go, so we can kind of work together on these clients. And to me, that has been a fundamental aspect of my career, is the mentorship and the coaching, and just having a collegial atmosphere, and I was just grateful that that carried through here. It's overall been a phenomenal transition.
