Michelle Huntsman

Michelle Huntsman is a healthcare attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Ms. Huntsman focuses her practice on the representation of healthcare industry clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other transactional matters.

Through her work on numerous healthcare transactions, Ms. Huntsman has significant experience in healthcare due diligence, as well as regulatory and reimbursement implications of changes of ownership.

Ms. Huntsman also advises healthcare providers regarding Medicare and Medicaid issues, licensing requirements, and federal and state regulatory matters, including civil monetary penalty investigations, Medicare and Medicaid self-disclosures, and compliance with the 60-day overpayment rule.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Huntsman was an attorney in a global law firm's Houston office.
