Richmond Medical Center for Women v. Herring: Prohibiting Partial Birth Abortion But Keeping Constitutional Rights Intact

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit ruled that Virginia's ban on partial birth abortion was constitutional and did not impose an undue burden on a woman's right to obtain one. This article discusses the case, Richmond Medical Center for Women v.
