2012 Developments in Aviation Law and What's on the Horizon in 2013

This paper focuses on the legal developments  and cases for aviation industry in 2012 and notes upcoming decisions on the horizon for 2013. It was presented in conjunction with the 2013 Aviation Law and Insurance Symposium.
