Recently, there has been a rise in communities using graffiti street art to revitalize their neighborhoods. Property owners have started to retaliate by saying this form of art will affect the property values within neighborhoods. In the most recent case, a New York court had granted protection of graffiti artists work against a factory company, 5Pointz.
