Thoughtful Estate Planning – Is It Really Necessary?

Ms. Thoreen and Ms. Chau note that in Los Angeles County alone, there were almost 12,00 trusts and estates disputes filed in 2018. This emphasizes the need for leaving detailed instructions about estate assets to save loved ones from millions of dollars in attorneys' fees and delayed administrations of the estate, regardless of estate size or family dynamics.
