SBA Issues Proposed Regulations Signaling Changes to Multiple Small Business Programs

The Small Business Administration recently issued proposed rules covering potential changes to the regulations governing small business programs. Examples of the proposed changes include consolidating the 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program and the "All-Small" Mentor-Protégé Program and ending the "3-in-2" three-contract limit for joint ventures.
