New FERC Chair's Record May Hold Clues To His Plans
Energy attorneys Mark Kalpin and Brendan Connors co-authored an article in Law360 previewing the likely priorities of Richard Glick, the newly named chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Glick had previously served as an FERC commissioner since 2017. The authors review his record in that position, offering insights on policy areas including climate change and pipeline construction, renewable energy projects and price floors in wholesale electric markets. They also look at the likelihood of implementing his agenda.
