Law 2213 of 2022: Permanent Adoption of Ordinance 806 of 2020

Labor, Employment and Benefits attorney Jimena Nieto published an article in Lexir addressing Law 2213 of 2022, which indicates that the use of information and communication technologies in Colombia's administration of justice will remain. Ms. Nieto explains some particularities of this law and talks about the external and periodic evaluations that the Superior Council of the Judiciary must carry out in coordination with the Ministry of Justice and Law.
