Healthcare policy advisor Miranda Franco authored an article for Law360 exploring how the November elections will affect U.S. health policy and priorities. She also touches on changes the 119th Congress will bring with new leadership on the House health subcommittee and retirements of physician members, as well as other issues awaiting resolution such as the expiration of ACA premium tax credits and a debt limit decision.
